I've been out of town for a while so I'm just getting back to work...here you see the top skin of the elevator which has been clecoed to the ribs. The green color is the anti corrosion primer. Note the aeronautical engineers best friend...duct tape, of course...which is holding the assembly up on the side of the table to make riveting easier.
